Alamo Rent A Car at 5405 Airport Service Road, Tampa, Florida.

I rented through Southwest and there was an issue with the processing when I went to get the car but the manager, Nemanja, was patient and calm and went the extra mile. The car was clean and comfortable and the selection was all good choices at best price and I also got a free tank of gas for "my trouble". I was returning the car to another location at National Airport and the staff there were also very helpful and pleasant. Great customer service makes such a difference for tired and stressed out travelers like me. Very much appreciated!
