Got a notice of 3 ways to renew. I had not decided to renew with them and wanted to shop around. I received a late bill and threat to send to collections. I called the office and was told they auto-renew. I said" How can you auto-renew when I have not renewed based on the 3 choices I was sent in the mail" The girl in the office argued with me that she has never heard of that option" I sent her a fax of it and then she agreed and had to speak with her manager. She called back and said her manager also found out that my sq. footage was way high on my pest control coverage and I was over charged. They agreed to take it off the next bill(we'll see). I cancelled the termite part of this companies package and then came out and took out most of the bait traps. I changed my mind later and decided to rehire them and the girl got the OK. The manager called and since they took some of the traps they needed to charge me $199 to reinstall a couple . I told them to cancel, they had a customer back and they blew it. Terrible management and uninformed office help!!!
