Originally I had a great experience. Until I was a (seemingly common) victim of fraudulent activity on my main accounts and identity theft, rendering me financially inept for well over a week and a half until the banks sorted things out. Not only is this incredibly frustrating to go through, but also really bad timing as I was trying to move into a new apartment I loved!

This impacted my ability for move in, and instead of reaching out and holding the apartment via appropriate channels, they ruthlessly leased it out from under me --after my cash deposit had been taken, too!

Found out later -Thanks to my Bank - that cash order was cancelled when the fraudulent activity was detected and so I actually wasn't put out almost a thousand dollars by this man and his "company".

I reached out once again for a second chance when I had all the money ready to go, and that's when Tom May and assistants notified me that if I work with them in the future I owe them an $8 fee for the money order that went canceled by my bank when I had the fraudulent activity and identity theft fiasco.

Are you kidding me? Horrible customer service.

I will go elsewhere and deal with professionals that know how to maintain structured business relationships properly.
