WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD WINNER to this Dunkin'Donuts /Baskin Robbins location. To the lady who has a lot of tattoo and a few hickeys on her neck is the winner for the worst customer service ever!
I will NOT recommend this Location to anyone! THERE WILL BE NO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION - 7004 N DALE MABRY HWY, TAMPA, FL 33614 but I must put one star just to post my comment. This is a joke!
I have been calling for a Manager name Carmen and the phone will ring and no one will pick up and it doesn’t matter what time or day. I’ve call in the morning, afternoon and evening and no one will pick up the phone Monday through Friday. It is so frustrating when no one answers the phone and I am not walking in to that establishment again. This location is the Worst Customer Service given, not once, twice, three time but four times! My thoughts for the worst service was that they were short staff but there was one staff taking a break talking to a friend in the parking lot. One car on the drive thru that took forever so I decided walk inside to get my milk shake. The lady with the Tattoo and Hickeys on her neck was nice in the beginning starting to make my milk shake until another car drove up. She tells me to wait and she must take this order in the drive thru! Really! You just lost a family of five to your establishment!
