Cummins Sales and Service at 5910 East Hillsborough Avenue, Tampa, Florida.

The generator in my RV, (Onan brand) would not start. I made an appointment with Cummins (they are the Onan generator specialists), and I was there at 7:30 in the morning. After filling out all the paperwork, etc. they took it to the back to work on it at 8:30. I had no choice but to wait while they fixed it. Two hours passed. At 10:30, the Service Supervisor told me that it had started for them and they had let it run for two hours with no trouble indicated. When they turned it off, it would not restart, and they were working on it. Two more hours passed. At 12:30, he told me that it would not start "sometimes" or shut down by itself sometimes, but to work on it further, they would have to take it out of the RV. He estimated four to six hours labor (at $128.00/hour) plus parts, etc. I told him to stop working on it, to close it up, and I would leave. I finally left at 1:15 pm. Total bill was $191.74. I guess I will take it somewhere else.
