I purchased a membership on our previous visit because I was told I could use it for my immediate family. We went back Saturday and the manager said he would not honor the membership for my family. Another employee even said the membership was for the family. The manager was rude and petty. He finally refunded the membership, but tried to back charge at a higher rate. Very poor customer service after being sold a misrepresented membership.
