I highly advise avoiding this company. The sleazy selling realtor Clay Glover contracted this joke of a guy to repair a roof leak on the Home I was buying as a stipulation in my purchase agreement. The roof leak was causing a soffit board to rot and magically the replacement soffit board is rotting in the same exact spot. I reached out to Scott to have him come out and review the damage and give him the benefit of the doubt. Sadly after an initial positive phone call I have been through months of ignored text messages and received no follow up. Now that he has more details, he doesn't want to come near my house and is stating there is no warranty on the damage.

I'm not saying I want warranty work, I'm saying you DIDNT EVEN REPAIR THE ROOF IN THE FIRST PLACE!

Hopefully the roofer that comes out to perform the ACTUAL REPAIR can provide me proof that the repair was never done so I can take this guy to court to get my money back on having to do it myself.

I'm sure he will try to discredit this review as he does with all his other negative reviews so attached are screen shots of the text conversation and the invoice the selling realtor submitted.
