Suncoast Signs at 9601 U.S. 92, Tampa, Florida.

Bought 2 LEDs signs from Suncoast many years ago and was happy. Went back late in 2016 to get them replaced. My experience this time was terrible.
The salesman was only concerned with hitting his sales quota. He told me the parts were already at manuf plant and the LEDs would be made and installed quickly. Told me they were familiar with my sign (plus I emailed them the original blueprints for the sign) so it would not be difficult to replace the LEDs.
3 months after paying half the cost, I was still waiting for the LEDs to be manufactured and installed. Called every few weeks to see what was the hold up. Given the run around.
At 3 months, LEDs were installed but they didn't fit my sign! LEDs protruded from the face of my sign by about 6". They couldn't inset the LEDs into my sign as my sign (the one they were so familiar with) was too narrow for the LEDs they sold me. So the brackets and screws holding the LEDs to my sign are visible from the street. Looks bad.
Called Suncoast and installer to see how to solve the situation. Was told if I wanted the LEDs to actually fit my sign, I would have to essentially re-fabricate the metal at the top of my sign. Of course, I would have to pay many thousands for that.
Next time I need LEDs, I will certainly go elsewhere.
