Horrible service!! My girlfriend and I came here for lunch and we were charged 18% automatic for gratuity when my girlfriend complained she said it was because they were busy with the cruise ship coming in (even though the place was pretty much empty). We complained because the menus states an automatic 10% for parties of 5 or more and 18% for parties of ten or more. We love to tip good but with lousy service and with the excuse of just having an automatic gratuity no matter the party size just because of the "cruise ships" is absurd. We also got charged full price for the happy hour items we got. First time here and will be last.
